The Fairview Team are trained facilitators for Project Wet, Project Wild, Project Learning Tree, and Growing Up Wild. We conduct these workshops when requested for WCPS teachers during the summer months. Teachers within WCPS should access these opportunities within the WCPS Portal.
During the school year, our team will be focusing on supporting and providing 3rd grade teachers and students with a scheduled science day trip to Fairview. Our team will also be out in local elementary schools supporting 4th grade teachers and students on MWEEs (Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences). Teachers in WCPS may contact any of the Fairview team members under the "contacts" tab for additional information.
Eddie (George) Waldron, one of our resource teachers, also serves as WCPS's Green School Leader. He may be reached by calling 301-766-8138 or by email at the following address: waldrgeo@wcps.k12.md.us
